Initial Rankings
Released Version 10.7
Options
Within Settings, you have 5 options so when you create your initial base rankings, how do you want those to be set. Should they be based on Projections, Points Per Game, Total Points, Consensus, or Previous Week’s Rankings.
Projections (PROJ)
With Rankings and Standings Setting, the first option is to have your rankings get created based on Projections.
This way, each players matchups can play a key role in how the initial rankings are set.
Points Per Game (PPG)
The 2nd option is to use Points Per Game, so if there is a player who did really well in a few games, but was injured for a couple, or had a bye week, they’ll still be at the top.
Total Points (TOTAL)
The 3rd option takes the total points earned by each player across all games up to that point, and sorts them in that order.
Consensus (this week)
The 4th option is setup so when you create your initial rankings, instead of using the statistics for the players, it uses the Consensus across all users at that time.
My Rankings (previous week)
The 5th option uses your own data as a base. If you’ve used the app, and have rankings set for Week 10, then going into Week 11, your initial rankings will use what your rankings were last week. This way, if you feel much higher on a specific player than everyone else / the analytics suggest, when your rankings are created, they’ll default to being where you previously had them set.
